This website is operated by Church Goods Studio, a division of The Church Goods LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Church Goods Studio.Church Goods Studio provides a digital platform offering creative resources, design kits, templates, and related materials for churches, ministries, and organizations.

By visiting our website or purchasing a membership or resource from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, customers, subscribers, and contributors of content.If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our resources or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any malicious code, viruses, or destructive software through the website. Violation of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

All Resources, templates, graphics, design kits, and related materials made available through Church Goods Studio are the intellectual property of Church Goods Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a membership or resource grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Resources according to these Terms. Membership or purchase does not transfer ownership of any Resource or intellectual property.

Membership Access

Church Goods Studio memberships provide subscribers with access to a digital library of creative resources (the “Resources”). Access to the Resource library is available only while a subscription remains active.

Members may download Resources for legitimate creative, ministry, or organizational use within their church or organization. Membership access may include reasonable usage limitations designed to maintain fair platform access.

Unless otherwise stated, memberships include a limit of three (3) downloads per day. We reserve the right to modify download limits or access policies when necessary to maintain platform integrity.

License During Active Membership

Resources may be downloaded and used in projects while a subscriber’s membership is active.

If a membership expires or is canceled:
• Previously downloaded Resources may not be used for new projects
• Resources already incorporated into completed projects during an active membership period may continue to be used for those specific projects

This policy ensures fairness for all members while allowing completed work to remain usable.

Permitted Use

Resources may be used within a single church, ministry, nonprofit, or organization. Staff members and volunteers within that organization may use the Resources as part of the organization's creative work.

Permitted uses include:
• church announcements and events
• sermon series graphics
• ministry communications
• social media posts
• digital or print materials used by the organization

Prohibited Use

Resources may not be:
• resold, sublicensed, or redistributed as standalone files
• uploaded to template marketplaces or asset libraries
• shared with other churches or organizations outside the licensed organization
• included in products intended for resale
• used to create competing template or design resource platforms

Unauthorized redistribution or commercial resale of Resources is strictly prohibited.

Account Usage

Membership accounts are intended for use by a single organization. Sharing login credentials across unrelated organizations or entities is prohibited. Church Goods Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse or unauthorized sharing.

Prohibited or Abusive Activity

Church Goods Studio reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to identify misuse of the platform.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
• excessive downloading followed by immediate cancellation
• attempts to bypass download limits
• automated scraping or harvesting of resources
• redistribution or resale of Resources
• fraudulent or exploitative use of the platform

Accounts engaging in such activity may be restricted, suspended, or terminated. Accounts terminated due to misuse may be ineligible for refunds or future access.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Prices for memberships or resources may change in the future. Any changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated before renewal.

Market Purchases

Individual resources may also be purchased separately through our Market. Market purchases grant a license to use the purchased resource according to these Terms. Market resources remain subject to the same intellectual property protections and usage restrictions described in this agreement. All resources are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped, apart from merch or apparel sold individually.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all information provided on our website is accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free. Information provided on this website is for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision making.

Third-Party Tools and Links

Our Service may include links to third-party tools or websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
