At Church Goods Studio, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and an exceptional user experience.

Below is our refund policy for Market, Memberships and Merch:

Market Purchases

Due to the nature of digital products, all Market purchases are non-refundable once the resource has been purchased and delivered. This includes cases of accidental purchases. All resources are delivered digitally, and no physical items are shipped.

Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their Membership at any time through their account settings.

When a membership is canceled:
• future billing will stop
• access to the Resource library will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

Once the billing cycle ends, the account will revert to a inactive status and access to membership content will be removed. Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

Resource Usage After Cancellation

If your membership is canceled or expires:
• previously downloaded Resources may not be used to create new projects unless your membership is reactivated
• Resources incorporated into completed projects during an active membership may continue to be used for those specific projects

Misuse or Abuse

Refunds will not be issued in cases of platform misuse, including but not limited to:
• excessive downloading followed by cancellation
• attempts to bypass download limits
• unauthorized redistribution of resources Church Goods Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive behavior.
