If you’re having trouble unzipping the file, try re-downloading it to ensure you have the complete file.
For more troubleshooting, see “Problems Downloading a File.”
We recommend using the built-in unzipping tools available in your operating system (e.g., Mac’s Archive Utility or Windows’ built-in extractor).
If needed, third-party software like 7-Zip or WinRAR can also help. -
This issue can occur when using Express Checkout.
A new account might be created based on the email stored in the payment system (e.g., PayPal).
Please check that email inbox for your account information. If the problem persists, contact our support team for assistance. -
If you’re experiencing difficulties downloading your file, try the following steps:
Clear your web browser cache.
Ensure no third-party applications (such as internet security, antivirus, or firewalls) are blocking the download.
If using a wireless connection, connect your device directly to your modem/router.
Try an alternate browser or device.
Check your router for any content filters and verify with your ISP that you haven't exceeded any download limits.
